1) ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ฏ๐ผ๐๐๐ผ๐บ-๐๐ฝ ๐๐๐ฒ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ฒ๐ป ๐๐. Encourage the organization to: a) experiment with Gen AI, b) document and share process improvements, c) identify and cultivate power users, and d) reward innovative uses of the tools.
2) ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ ๐๐ ๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ธ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ฝ-๐ฑ๐ผ๐๐ป. Establish an AI risk management team to: a) define โguard rails,โ b) evaluate risks of third-party AI models, and c) develop data and AI governance policies.โ
